Born in Montréal, professionally developed in Ontario, and now practicing in British Columbia, Teasmiea Rahman-Patel brings a uniquely Canadian perspective to her legal practice. Licensed in both British Columbia and Ontario, she provides legal services in Business Immigration & International Expansion, Real Estate Transactions, Wills & Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation.
Known for her approachable nature and calming presence, Teasmiea believes that legal advice should provide clarity, confidence, and practical solutions. She takes the time to understand each client’s personal and business objectives, developing legal strategies that are thoughtful, commercially practical, and focused on long-term success.

With more than thirty years of experience in Canadian settlement services, governance, international business development, and client coordination, Bivash Panday provides strategic leadership for the firm’s international initiatives.
Beginning with the establishment of Canada Home in Dhaka (now CHC Hi-Tech Solutions Inc.), Mr. Panday has spent decades building international relationships, supporting entrepreneurs, coordinating cross-border initiatives, and assisting individuals and organizations exploring opportunities in Canada.
Working closely with the Principal Lawyer, he oversees international operations, institutional partnerships, governance planning, project coordination, and business development initiatives. His role helps connect clients with the broader strategic resources available through the firm’s collaborative network.
Mr. Panday’s role is operational and strategic in nature and does not include the provision of legal advice or legal representation.

Tushar Patel brings extensive experience in engineering, infrastructure, commercial development, manufacturing, project management, and international business strategy. His diverse professional background enables him to assist entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners in evaluating commercial opportunities, operational planning, project feasibility, business scalability, and long-term growth strategies.
Working collaboratively with the legal team and strategic partners, Tushar helps clients align sound business planning with effective legal strategy, providing practical insight that complements the firm’s legal services.

For many clients, Nibir is the first friendly voice and point of contact at Rahman Patel Law Corporation. He oversees client intake, appointment coordination, documentation management, operational support, and ongoing client communication, helping ensure every matter progresses efficiently from initial inquiry through legal review.
Drawing upon his experience within the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) service environment, Nibir plays an important role in organizing documentation, coordinating client information, and supporting the firm’s structured workflow.
His commitment to responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail helps create a seamless client experience while allowing the legal team to focus on delivering exceptional legal services.
