As the firm’s Director of Client Experience, Conveyancing & Business Development, Tushar is dedicated to ensuring every client enjoys a responsive, organized, and welcoming experience from the moment they contact the firm until their matter is successfully completed.

Originally trained in Civil Engineering, Tushar brings a unique blend of analytical thinking, precision, and practical problem-solving to the legal profession. His engineering background taught him that the smallest details often make the biggest difference, a philosophy he now applies every day in managing complex real estate transactions and continually improving the firm’s systems and processes.

Tushar leads the firm’s conveyancing operations, working closely with purchasers, vendors, REALTORS®, mortgage brokers, lenders, developers, and financial institutions to help coordinate residential and commercial real estate transactions across British Columbia and Ontario. While the firm’s lawyers provide the legal advice, Tushar ensures that every file progresses smoothly through clear communication, careful organization, and exceptional client service.

He is passionate about building genuine relationships with clients and referral partners alike. Whether answering questions, coordinating a closing, or helping solve an unexpected challenge, Tushar believes that professionalism should always be accompanied by warmth, transparency, and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Beyond overseeing day-to-day operations, Tushar plays an important role in shaping the firm’s future. He works closely with the legal team to strengthen professional partnerships, develop innovative business strategies, and implement technology and systems that allow Rahman Patel Law to continually raise the standard of client service.

Outside the office, Tushar is a devoted husband and proud father of two daughters. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and the patience, compassion, and commitment he brings to his home life naturally carry into the way he serves clients and supports his colleagues.

Away from work, you’ll often find Tushar on the football (soccer) pitch. Renowned among friends and teammates for his vision, technical ability, and creativity, he’s the type of player capable of producing moments that leave everyone watching wondering, “How did he do that?” The discipline, teamwork, and composure that define his game are the very same qualities he brings to every client interaction.
